Our cabin was the one in front.... right there in
the middle. It faced directly into the morning sun over a large quiet
bay. It was beautiful. |
 |
And speaking of deluxe accommodations... when was
the last time you stayed in a fishing cabin that had reclining chairs? Or lots
of HOT water for showers? |
 |
A far sight better than your average bunk house.
Housekeeping service every day too. And all of this is 300 miles in
the middle of nowhere. |
 |
The screened in porch of the main lodge was a
nice place to sit and talk before or after a day of fishing. Here, the morning
sun adds to the overall charm. |
 |
From the porch, you enter the dining room. Lots
of windows, wood burning stove, hot coffee and great food every meal. |
 |
We enjoyed a full breakfast and dinner every day.
Everything was fresh and prepared right there in the lodge. Sure beats Spam and
eggs. |
|
Not just pancakes, but blueberry pancakes. |
